...and in with the new! :D

Our old faithful Officejet 7110 decided to start dying on us last week. It's always had an issue with the scanner but that issue became terminal so due to that, the fact that the black printhead was flaky and the colour ink had run out, we decided to look for something to replace it with. We needed a printer that could:

• Print - obviously
• Fax
• Scan
• Duplex (double sided printing)

...it also had to be networkable and have an ADF (auto document feeder). You'd be surprised how few printers there are out there that tick all those boxes. The Officejet 7130 seemed like the obvious choice but at around £250...it was priced a little steep. Enter everyone's favorite online auction site, Ebay. With some crafty sniping (courtesy of jbidwatcher), we managed to snag an ex-demo 7310, which had printed a mere 52 pages, for princely sum of £130. Bargain! :D
